Don't have time right now?  Need a nudge to come back? Or maybe you're interested in deep diving into specific areas or rooms on the website. Set up a "Me-Time" Reminder, which is a designated moment to revisit this website and explore it in a way that resonates with you. For instance, you can cultivate self-care routines by visiting the Calm Rooms. Feeling uninspired? Check out the Quiz Games page to enjoy yourself while learning.

STEP 1:  Book your spot — one session or several

STEP 2: When your appointment arrives, come back and choose where you want to be that day.

For example:

Need to regulate? Try the Calm Rooms. Want to engage your brain? Try the Game Room. Curious about something? Try the AI Assistant Lab.

You don't need to decide in advance. You just have to show up.

This session is open to everyone — no membership required.

Whether you identify as ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, or you're still figuring that out, this space was built with your brain in mind. Parents, partners, and clinicians who want to understand neurodivergence from the inside out are welcome here too.

"If it's not within sight, it's out of mind. ADHD object permanence isn't a flaw—it's just how your brains work. So let's work with it." --Mr. Auddy Fish

The ADHD neurodivergent brain operates on a principle that neurotypical systems weren't designed around: if it's not within sight, it's out of mind.

This isn't a memory problem. It's not a motivation problem. It's how the ADHD brain is wired and it means that a space you genuinely want to return to can disappear entirely the moment you close the tab.

Booking a Me-Time session puts auplusdhd.com back in sight. It creates an external prompt your brain can actually work with. That's working with your neurology, not against it.

There's no wrong choice. Come back to whichever room your brain needs that day.

🎮 Game Room — Learn about Au+DHD through interactive games, bingo cards, and scenarios.

🌿 Calm Rooms — A quieter space for nervous system regulation. For when you need to slow down before you can do anything else.

🧠 AI Assistant/Learning Lab — An AI tool trained on neurodivergent psychoeducation.

📚 Knowledge Base — Cheat sheets and deep-dive articles on ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. For when you want to understand something specific about how your brain works.

Here is what usually happens with a mailing list.

You sign up with good intentions. The first email arrives and you mean to read it. Then life happens. The next one gets skimmed. Then they start piling up — unopened, flagged for later, or quietly moved to a folder you never check.

A scheduled Me-Time session works differently. It puts a dedicated block in your calendar — a specific time your brain has already agreed to, that you have time for. When the reminder arrives, you can honor your it or reschedule it to another time.

For the neurodivergent mind, the calendar provides the external memory system so the brain doesn't have to remember.

You don't need to remember. You already planned it.
