Kitty Garden, Virtual Calm Space

For the best experience, this simulation is recommended to be used on a desktop or a wide screen device.

Welcome to Kitty Garden 🌷

Kitty Garden is a free, interactive mindfulness space created by AUplusDHD, a platform dedicated to supporting autistic and ADHD individuals, their families, and the professionals who care for them.

This space uses the 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique — a research-backed sensory awareness practice that gently anchors you in the present moment by engaging all five senses.

Why a garden?
Many autistic and ADHD brains respond well to predictable, visually rich, sensory environments. Kitty Garden provides a consistent, calming corner that feels safe to return to, again and again.

The garden is designed to be used independently, with a support person, or integrated into therapeutic and educational sessions.
