Calm Kitty Lounge, A Virtual Calm Space
For the best experience, this simulation is recommended to be used on a desktop or a wide screen device.
Calm Kitty Lounge
Step into a cozy virtual space designed for grounding, sensory exploration, and a quiet moment of pause. Follow a gentle 5–4–3–2–1 journey through what you see, feel, hear, smell, and taste, or explore the room at your own pace.
Use it on your own or with someone guiding you. There is nothing to achieve, and no “right” way to feel. Simply notice what feels comfortable, change what you need, and stay as long as you like.

The Calm Kitty Lounge is an educational and supportive sensory-grounding experience. It is designed to offer a gentle space for noticing your senses, exploring what feels comfortable, and taking a moment of pause.
There is no correct way to complete the experience, and you do not need to feel calm or relaxed for it to be useful. You may skip any prompt, keep your eyes open, change the imagined environment, or leave the Lounge at any time.
Guided imagery, sensory attention, and grounding exercises do not feel helpful for everyone. If anything in the experience feels uncomfortable, overwhelming, disorienting, or activating, stop the exercise and return your attention to your actual surroundings.
The Calm Kitty Lounge is not therapy, medical care, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for individualized mental health treatment. If you are using the Lounge with a clinician or other support person, they should adapt the exercise to your individual needs and circumstances.
If you are experiencing an immediate mental health or medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency or crisis support rather than relying on this tool.
